By completing 21 daily wellness goals participants will establish healthy physical and mental habits while also developing a strong sense of accomplishment and community within the workplace. It was designed as a fun team building experience that teaches participants ways to live a healthier lifestyle.
Each morning a daily goal will be assigned to your company’s private group chat. Participants then have 24hrs to complete their assigned daily wellness goal.
The program is coached and guided by a personal trainer who will keep the group accountable to their daily wellness goals. Participants post an accountability photo daily to the private company group chat to show they've completed each daily goal. Participants are encouraged to comment and engage in each other's photos which builds camaraderie.
*3 Virtual Personal Training sessions
Hire Desire Fitness to run 3 virtual group workouts (1x per week during the 21 days).
Sessions are 35mins in length and can be scheduled during a lunch break.
*Meal prep like a pro
Learn to meal prep like a pro in this virtual class!
Get coached on the basics of meal prepping, including how to make meal prepping easier,
and the best types of recipes to prep.

Once the challenge is competed your team will have the option to continue with their own custom wellness program designed specifically for them. Desire fitness offers custom
workout programs and nutrition plans that are based on the client’s goals and health history.
