Personal training programs are custom made for each client's goals, needs, and fitness/health history.
Personal training programs are custom made for each client's goals, needs, and fitness history. Sessions are done one-on-one basis and are 1 hour long.
Choose between 4 sessions per month (preferably 1x week) or 8 sessions per month (2x per week) .
If you do not use all your training sessions in the month they can be rolled over to the next month.
Personal training monthly payment options
Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. This is a month to month service, your subscription pays for the month in advance.
Desire Fitness is fully certified in personal training, nutrition coaching, and pre/post natal training.
