Desire Doggy Bootcamp combines a high intensity (HIIT) work out for you and exercise for your dog. The class is run by a certified personal trainer and is done at your own pace. Great for any fitness level!

Sessions are $10 each and can be paid in cash the day of.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring a mat or large towel, bug spray/sunscreen, and water for you and your dog.
What do I wear?
Whatever you feel most comfortable working out in. Running shoes are required.
What if it rains?
Class will be cancelled for your safety as well as your dogs.
If there is a cancelation there will be a make up class added to the end of the 12 weeks.
Are we divided into groups depending on our abilities?
Nope. Everyone goes at their own pace, we encourage a team atmosphere.
What does my dog need for bootcamp?
Your dog needs a collar, leash, water, treats (optional), and to be up to date on all shots.
How old does my dog have to be to enlist?
Your dog needs to be at least be 4 months old and has to have all its shots. Please keep in mind there will be a lot of running for you dog, puppies might not be able to keep up.
Does my dog need to be trained?
Basic obedience is recommend. To get the most out of the class your dog should be able to run on leash, sit, and stay.
Can I still sign up if I don’t have a dog?
Yes, you can still sign up if you don’t have a dog. But consider borrowing a friends dog, or workout one with one of ours.
I have two dogs. Can they both attend?
Of course! You’ll just need a second person too! Our policy is one dog per human. This guarantees a safe and enjoyable workout for all participants.
What is HIIT?
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is endurance and resistance training combined with bouts of
high-intensity exercises and periods of recovery.
Burn more calories in less time!
Can my sessions be combined with the Tuesday night bootcamp?
Yes, you can mix and match sessions between the two bootcamps. The Tuesday night HIIT classes are held at the grandview stairs and do not include dogs.
