Diet 

Set Menu Plan: (Premium plan)

Working directly with a nutrition coach you will have a menu made specifically for you to reach your goals. Your menu will incorporate the foods that you enjoy eating all while hitting your personal macronutrient requirements. 

Having a set menu makes dieting simple and takes out all the guess work. Whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight, your menu is tailored to your body and your goals. 

 

Your menu will have multiple options for meals and snacks, as you progress recipes will be added for additional meal options. Changes to your menu can be made at anytime by request. There is an initial set up fee for the set menu program. 

Fits your macros Plan: (Advanced plan)

Fits Your Macros is an easy and flexible diet plan that is based around consuming a specific amount of protein, carbs, and fats on a daily basis. This means you still get to eat your favorite foods while dieting as long as it fits within your macro limit for the day. 

Work out programs 

Custom Work Out Plan:

Have a work out plan made specifically for your goals, needs, and fitness history.

During your consultation your trainer will determine a course of action to achieve your goals. You will also choose between having a 3, 4, or 5 day work out program, depending on your schedule and fitness goals. 

Your work out program will be sent directly to you in a private online portal. Your portal is easily accessed from your smart phone or tablet by the Desire Fitness App. 

Work out program changes are made monthly to prevent plateau. 

Personal Training

Personal training programs are custom made for each client's goals, needs, and fitness history. Sessions are done one-on-one basis. Your private personal training sessions are 1 hour long and done with a fully certified personal trainer. 

Work out with your trainer 4x per month (preferably once a week).

If you do not use all your training sessions in the month they can be rolled over to the next month. 

Your personal fitness program can be accessed anywhere from your

smartphone or tablet with the Desire Fitness App.
