Our custom workout program and set menu bundle is the perfect for those seeking a comprehensive overhaul of their health and fitness routine.


Our menu plan is tailored to your specific dietary needs, accounting for any allergies, food intolerances, or food preferences.

This is also a  great option for those needing an  elimination diet.

All our programs are designed by a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with almost a decade of experience. With your custom made workout program you will have guidance on exercise form and technique, which is ideal for beginners to ensure a safe and effective workout. The custom workouts take into account the equipment you have access to and are easily accessible from the comfort of your home. Our expertly designed workouts will aid in weight loss, promote muscle gains, and enhance your mobility to alleviate pain.

Our online fitness and diet plan bundles provide step-by-step guidance on how to complete your workouts and follow your diet plan. Your personal trainer is also your accountability coach, throughout your training you will do short and long term goal setting together, which will help you stay motivated and reach your wellness goals. 

Our fitness and nutrition coaching will also provide you with the support system needed to achieve your goals! You can also utilize your health spending account with us through our easy to use app.

Menu Diet Plan: GOLD

By working directly with your nutrition coach, you will have a diet plan made specifically for you to reach your goals. Your menu will incorporate the foods that you enjoy eating all while hitting your personal macronutrient requirements. Your custom menu will also accommodate any food allergies, food intolerances, and dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.).​ Having a set daily menu makes dieting simple and takes out all the guess work. Whether your goal is to gain muscle or weight loss, your menu is tailored to you.


Elimination diets are also available to help determine food intolerances or trigger foods that cause digestive upset. This is a great option for people with IBS or those wanting to determine trigger foods and to learn what foods are safe to eat and how to prevent any unwanted symptoms or flair ups.  ​

Fits Your Macros Plan: SILVER

Fits Your Macros plans are easy and flexible! This is a diet plan that is based around consuming a specific amount of protein, carbs, and fats on a daily basis. This means you still get to eat your favorite foods while dieting as long as it fits within your carefully calculated macro limit for the day.


​Custom Workout Plan: BRONZE 

Have a workout plan made specifically for your goals, fitness experience, and health history. Your program will accommodate your schedule, accounting for how many days you can commit to the gym, and the equipment you have at home or the gym. Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to determine the best course of action to achieve your fitness goals.

Your workout program will be sent directly to your private online portal. Your portal is easily accessed from your desktop, smart phone, or tablet through the Desire Fitness App.

What Should I expect once I sign up for a workout plan?

During your initial consultation, you and your female personal trainer will discuss your fitness background and clarify your fitness goals. Based on this, your coach will design a personalized workout plan and provide accountability throughout. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, enhance overall health, or to achieve all of these goals, your fitness plan will be tailored specifically to you.


Experience dedicated fitness coaching, expert guidance, customized workouts, and comprehensive progress tracking with the Desire Fitness app.


Communicate with your personal trainer via text, phone calls, or in-app messages for a seamless support system.

The Desire Fitness app offers step-by-step guidance throughout your workouts. Simply follow the app's instructions, show up, and put in the effort to get results

Can I change my coaching subscription after I sign up?

Yes! You have the ability to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at anytime. Just communicate with your coach which program you would like to change to.

Is there a contract?

No. You can cancel at any time by letting your coach know that you no longer wish to continue. Your subscription does automatically renew on each monthly billing cycle. Our online coaching memberships are hassle free and require no financial commitment. 

Do I need to live in Alberta to sign up?

No. Desire Fitness is based out of Alberta, Canada and has clients from all over the country. Our physical location started out in Edmonton, Alberta and has expanded to Calgary, Alberta. With online personal training it allows your fitness coach to be accessible from anywhere. 

Should I pair my custom workout plan with a nutrition plan?

For the best results, we suggest adding in a nutrition plan to complement your new workout program.

Pick between flexible macros dieting or start a custom set menu that is designed for your food preferences and any allergies or intolerances you may have. The set menu plan is also a great option for those wanting to try an elimination diet. 

Will my coach have access to my portal?

Yes. Your coach will be able to see your logged workouts and nutrition as well as your measurements and progress photos. This helps with the accountability aspect of our coaching plans. 

Do I need any weight lifting experience or specific equipment? 

Nope! Your personal trainer will design your program based on as much, or as little equipment as you have. Your coach builds a personalized plan for you whether you’re at home, on the go, or at a gym. All fitness levels and experience levels are welcome! Our online workout programs are beginner friendly.
