OUTDOOR HIIT Bootcamp!
The Desire Fitness HIIT bootcamp is a 60 min class that combines body weight strength training, cardio intervals, and the stairs on site.
HIIT (high intensity interval training) increases aerobic capacity, strength, and burns more calories in less time than cardio alone.
The class is done at your own pace and all fitness levels are welcome!

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP FAQ
What do I need to bring?
A mat or large towel (optional), bug spray/sunscreen, and water are all suggested.
What do I wear?
Whatever you feel most comfortable working out in. Running shoes are required.
What if its raining?
Class will be cancelled for your safety. There will be a cancellation email or text to notify you that will be sent out the day of.
If there is a cancelation there will be a make up class added to the end of the 10 weeks.
